Terms & Conditions of Recurring Payments

Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Recurring Payments ("Terms"). These Terms govern the use of recurring payment services provided by Leads on Demand ("we," "us," "our"). Recurring payments are automatically charged to your specified payment method on a pre-agreed schedule.

Frequency of Payments

Recurring payments are made every two weeks on Fridays or monthly on the 28th of the month. The amount charged will be communicated to you at the start of your subscription and before any changes are made to the amount.

Length of Payment Terms

The payment terms are continuous. Your subscription will automatically renew and continue until it is cancelled by either party in accordance with these Terms.

Changes to Payment Terms

We reserve the right to modify the payment terms, including the frequency and amount of payments. Any changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes have taken effect indicates your agreement to the new terms.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring payments at any time by providing 30 days' notice via email to cancellation@leadsondemand.io. Your cancellation request must include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement of your intent to cancel.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will send you an email confirmation. Your cancellation will take effect 30 days after we receive your notice. You will be responsible for all charges incurred until the cancellation becomes effective.

Refunds and Disputes

All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you believe that a payment has been made in error, please contact us immediately. We will review your claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Failed Payments

In the event of a failed payment due to insufficient funds, expired credit card, or any other reason, we will attempt to contact you to update your payment information. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, we may suspend or terminate your subscription.

Governing Law
